Report a Water Violation or Environmental Crime

Boaters who run aground on seagrass beds are subject to state and/or federal fines and may be required to pay costs for seagrass restoration.
Take action if you witness someone involved in an environmental crime.
A crime might include unlawful disposal of hazardous waste, burying of prohibited materials or unauthorized dredging, destruction of mangroves or filling of wetlands.
